Manx Sailing & Cruising Club
A warm welcome to our club.
The base of the club's activities is racing, training and education with a focus on young people but also adults sailors who want to develop further.
We are situated in Ramsey Bay in the north of the Isle of Man and provide facilities for both offshore and dinghy sailors at our small but cosy clubhouse. For more information about local holidays and events follow this link – visitiom.
In addition to an active cruising fleet operating from Ramsey Harbour we have several dinghy fleets and an active RYA Approved training section.
Clubhouse
The Clubhouse bar is open every Sunday from 12:30 to 15:00 and Friday from 17:00 until 20:30 all year round, during the Summer months we also open on Thursday evenings from 20:30 after Dinghy Racing and additionally during Regatta Weekends and various functions throughout the year.
Racing
Dinghy racing takes place each Sunday all year round, Ramsey Bay from Easter until October then we move to West Baldwin Reservoir from November until the end of March, additionally from May through August we sail in the Bay on Thursday evenings.
Various Cruiser Races and Passage Cruises take place during the Summer months.
